3-5 players per table with 4 per table being preferred.
Per game tournament points scored by finish position 8-5-3-1. Tied finishes will split the points for the place in contention 6.5-4-2-.5 if necessary. Game points (first place score minus your score) will be used as tie breakers when determining table movement, seeding, start player and advancement. If ties persist in any situation but final table advancement we will break them randomley (i.e. die roll, coin flip, etc.).
5 rounds of preliminary play.
2 rounds with card set "A" (1 round with random opponents, the next round with random opponents based on 1st place stays, 2nd moves one table up, 3rd moves two and 4th moves three)
At new tables the start player will be the lowest ranked player at the table based on tournament points and then game points. The best player will be last in turn order and all others will fill in based on rank.
After the first two rounds players will then be re-seeded based on tournament points with a "worst vs. first" style. If we have 8 players for example then at this point 1st would play 8th, 6th and 4th while 2nd would play 7th, 5th and 3rd.
2 rounds with card set "B" (1 round with re-seeded opponents, the next round with random opponents based on 1st place stays, 2nd moves one table up, 3rd moves two and 4th move three)

1 round with card set "C"
The top four players (five if there is an unbreakable tie) will move on to the final table. A new card set will be revealed. They will play two games with that set adding both in game score and tournament points. The player with the highest total will be awarded the top prize. If there is a tie at this point then the player among those tied who had the best ranking from the preliminary games will be awarded the top prize. If a tie persists they will split the prize equally.
Please bring your Dominion sets. If we don't have enough sets then those who bring sets will take seats before those who do not.
